Heating uses the existing choices. Glazing is display only.

- • The free Estimated Health Score is five areas scored today, not an EPC or Passport composite. Solar's 12% is reserved and currently adds 0. With no certificate, the highest possible score today is about 88. With the EPC anchor, the highest possible score today is about 90.

- • EPCs remain the regulated snapshot — Evolving Home does not issue, replace, or certify them
