July 7, 2026 — Architect planning beta (Sprints 1–3)
Architect feedback from two professional reviewers is now wired through interactive /architect briefs. Changing floor area, glazing, heritage, or climate visibly updates consultant handoff copy, compliance rows, quantity bands, and risk chips — no more static 118 m² demo.
What's new:
- • Dynamic consultant handoff driven by your project inputs
- • Compliance checklist table with verifier and evidence columns
- • Indicative quantity ranges and at-a-glance risk summary
- • Climate presets (UK temperate, Mediterranean hot-dry) and quick-spec paste
- • Methodology validation benchmarks page restored
- • Passport risk/compliance components and architect handoff export
- • New-build and passport bridges into architect flows (no PII in URLs)
- • Landlord portfolio risk chips and persona-aware post-auth routing
- • Architect Pro (£39/mo) — unlimited saved projects and persisted exports on /billing
This is a design-stage planning aid for professional conversations — not lodged compliance files, certified assessments, or substitute for Part L / Part O / MEES sign-off.
March 16, 2026 — Experimental Commercial Building Detection
We added an early commercial-building detection path. Residential Home Resilience Passports remain the primary supported flow; commercial scoring is limited and should be treated as experimental planning context, not a verified assessment.
What's new:
- • Early detection of some commercial address/archetype signals
- • Initial scoring fallbacks with visible assumptions
- • Full transparency on how scores are calculated
- • Same fast, free experience for residential users
This is a research step toward broader building intelligence, not a claim that all building types are currently supported end to end.
