These beta terms are offered by Eran Hertz, trading as Evolving Home (evolvinghome.ai), currently operating as an unincorporated sole trader. Contact: hello@evolvinghome.ai. A postal service address is available on request via that email. A limited company has not yet been incorporated at Companies House; company number and registered office will be listed on the Privacy Policy when formation is completed.

Beta service

Evolving Home provides decision-support tools during beta. Features, data coverage, and availability may change weekly.

Estimates, not certificates

Health Scores and Action Plans are indicative estimates based on available evidence. They do not replace a qualified energy assessor, retrofit coordinator, engineer, compliance certificate, or lender approval.

Your responsibilities

Verify important facts before major spending. Use professional review where appropriate. Do not rely on demo or sample Passport pages for contractual or regulatory decisions.
