The core experience will always be free

Paid tiers support development of deeper verification, portfolio tools, and consent-first partner workflows. We do not promise income, compliance certification, or savings outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Health Score really free?

Yes. You can get an estimated score and indicative recommendations with no account and no card. The /score tool is open for early testing.

What is the Portfolio tier?

Portfolio is a beta planning view for landlords comparing multiple homes — mock data today, not a compliance engine. See /portfolio for the demo. Real persistence and accounts are planned.

What is Passport Plus?

Passport Plus describes deeper evidence, verification workflows, and Passport history as they ship. Pricing is not final; join the beta to follow progress.

What is VPP?

Virtual Power Plant. It allows homes with batteries, EVs or smart heat pumps to participate in grid services and potentially earn money or credits by providing flexibility. Any earnings shown elsewhere on the site are illustrative examples only — actual results vary by programme, location, and equipment.

Can professionals use Evolving Home today?

Yes for architects: Architect Free and Architect Pro (£39/mo) are live on /architect and /billing — design-stage briefs and consultant handoff packs, not compliance certification. Broader partner collaboration (insurers, lenders, marketplace share links) remains pilot-only — use /partners to express interest.

What is Architect Pro?

Architect Pro is for design professionals who need saved projects, persisted JSON/Markdown exports, and unlimited design-intent packs. It does not replace SAP, PHPP, or HEM modelling. Try /architect/new-build before upgrading.

Do I need an account to use the site?

No for the basic score. An account (free) may unlock history and Passport features as they mature.
