Roadmap
Live now is what you can use. Still building is the next depth, with no ship date. Exploring is not under construction. Votes below are wishes, not live product.
Live now
What you can use- ✓Estimated UK Health Score — free, from public EPC and address data where a UK record exists. The 0–100 is a UK estimate.
- ✓Account and claimed Passport — free. Sign in, claim a home, and open your file. The claimed Passport is the live file.
- ✓Sample Passport is teaching chrome, not your home.
- ✓Architect planning is a design-stage aid. Checkout and Practice seats are not live.
- ✓2–7 homes: £350 fixed Decision Review. Qualify, then a written quote before payment. Founder-led, not self-serve checkout.
- ✓8+ homes: free five-home sample for stock of 8 or more homes. It does not stand in for the 2–7 Decision Review.
- ✓25+ homes: quoted Portfolio Readiness Pilot. Founder-led, after qualification. Separate from the £350 review.
Still building
Next depth, with no ship date- →Web Confirm — first-mile next. Not a finished workflow.
- →Richer Passport verification and evidence.
- →iPhone and scan-assisted setup. Not near shipping, and there is no date.
Exploring
Not under construction- →Starter Portfolio software is an unpriced waitlist only (/beta?product=landlord-starter-portfolio#starter-waitlist). Scope, timing, and price are not set. It waits until paid reviews show a repeatable job.
- →A deeper home twin, grid participation, and live flexibility stay research.
- →Open-source physics and honesty layer is a direction, not a release. Passport custody stays private. See /open-source.
- →Self-serve portfolio software and BIM / Practice seats are vote wishes, not a dated build.
Vote on what to look at next
Votes are wishes. They are not live product and not a ship date.
Something else?
One short idea — we read these when planning sprints. Tip: “next should be [feature] because [pain].”
Votes store only the feature you pick (and any short note) so we can prioritize the roadmap — not browsing analytics. See our privacy notice. Voting does not create an account. To save a home and Passport, sign in or create an account.
