Our approach

Evolving Home is building a privacy-first Home Resilience Passport. Your home record is meant to be user-owned and consent-based — we do not sell home data to advertisers or hidden data brokers.

What we collect in beta

• Free Health Score: quiz answers or address lookups use public records where available. Addresses are not stored without your consent.
• Accounts: if you sign in, we store account details needed to save your estimate and Passport progress.
• Beta waitlist: email address if you join the beta list.
• Usage analytics: anonymised product events to improve the experience (e.g. which pages are used).

Sharing and control

Passport sharing, export, and professional collaboration are rolling out with explicit homeowner consent. Nothing in the sample Passport preview sends data or creates public links.

Retention

We keep account and Passport data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion by emailing hello@evolvinghome.ai.
